Returns will only be accepted if the customer notifies Workwear Supply Co. within 30 working days of receipt of the product.
No refunds or returns on embroidered or customized items. If the incorrect size/garment was originally ordered by the customer and subsequently correctly supplied by Workwear Supply Co., the transport costs will be charged to the customer.
Should the return be approved, a refund/exchange in favour of the customer will be duly processed, but the customer remains liable for all courier and logistics fees incurred sending the goods back to us. Should the customer choose to cancel their order when the order has already shipped, the customer remains liable for all courier fees.
If Workwear Supply Co. supplied the incorrect goods, then we will collect the goods at our expense and replace the goods as per the correct order.
General Shipping Information:
Order Processing Time: Most orders ship within 2 to 3 Days subject to the availability of the items being in stock. Please allow normal carrier delivery time. Standard order processing time applies to in stock, non-embroidered items, and excludes weekends and holidays.
Changing or Cancelling Orders: To ensure the fastest delivery possible, your order is processed immediately. Before placing your order please be sure you have selected the correct item, colour and size. If you want to cancel the order after having placed it online and paid for it, please get in touch with us before delivery and we will be happy to refund you.
Embroidery Items: Please allow approximately 4 to 5 Days for embroidery orders on top of standard order processing time.
Out of Stock Items: If you have selected an item that is out of stock you will be contacted if the lead time exceeds 7 working days, at which time you will have the option of cancelling the order.
