About the Products

Yes, it is. We try our best to make sure all fabric matches the images.

We use 80/20 polycotton for majority of our products, some items are higher end and we use 65/35 polycotton & denim is used for the Urban Aprons.

About 3-5 working days.

Yes, we only do it on 30 units or more.

Lead time on items out of stock is 5-7 working days and lead time on orders excessing 50 units is 1-2 weeks.

Payment

Yes, there are discounts applied which can be seen on the product pages. For bulk quantity discount you will have to email or contact us.

No, we do not offer lay-by’s.

No, we do not accept cash on delivery as we use The Courier Guy to deliver. Payment must be done before receiving goods.

We use secure payment methods such as: Visa, Mastercard Payment Method, Ozow Payment, ABSA, Nedbank, Stanbic Bank Payment Method, Net Cash Payment Method, EFT.

Unless the Customer qualifies as a customer as defined in the Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”) (Sec 16 Sec 19 read with S20 ) , in which case the rules as set out in the CPA will apply, returns will only be accepted if the Customer notifies Workwear Supply Co within 30 working days of receipt of the Product.

Under no circumstances will credit or refund be passed on a product returned if either worn or washed. No refunds or returns on embroidered or customized items.

If the incorrect size/garment was originally ordered by the Customer and subsequently correctly supplied by Workwear Supply Co, the incidental transport, admin, and handling costs will be charged to the Customer.

Should the return be approved, a refund/Credit Note in favour of the Customer will be duly processed, but the Customer remains liable for all courier and logistics fees incurred. Should the Customer elect to cancel their order when the order has already shipped, the customer remains liable for all courier fees.

If Workwear Supply Co supplied the incorrect goods, then we will collect the goods at our expense and replace the goods as per the correct order.

Shipping & Deliveries

Yes, it can be tracked. We will send a waybill if requested.

We only make use of The Courier Guy.

You can contact The Courier Guy with the relevant waybill number provided to you by us.

Gauteng: 1-2 working days
Other Provinces: 2-3 working days

Returns

We will collect the items from you and inspect the damages and if upon investigation we find the fault was on our side, we will replace them or we can do a full refund for you.

Yes, you may exchange the item instead of returning it for a refund.

Yes, you will be fully refunded.
